Big Dogs, Big Family | Naperville Photographer
So I had a client with a giant party colored Great Dane that was sort of her mascot for her real estate company. I would do annual pictures of the dog to be used for marketing. This year, they got a new puppy, and I had fun taking pictures of the two. Does this first image not just express the big brother being annoyed with the little brother so well? Cracks me up!!

This client also liked me being creative and creating something unique each year for them. This was my take – the big one shaking off his spots.

The dog session was earlier in the year, and then at the end of the year, they contacted me for a family session with everyone. They had all the kids plus kids’ significant others. Look how much the puppy has grown! He’s even BIGGER than his big brother!

With extended families, I like to do all sorts of breakouts, so I also photographed mom and dad and their children minus significant others.

But this family wouldn’t be who they are without also including their big fur babies. The shot before this one had the party colored one (spotted) standing in front, but then he went and wanted to be on the rock, which cracked me up.

And then we also got pictures of all the couples.

Do you have an extended family gathering this summer? If so, why not have professional pictures done? And definitely feel free to include the dogs!!
