Yes, I am still catching up on my blogging from the incredibly busy season I just ended. I love when I get to see families year after year, especially when I actually know them! It was really windy on our day together, but at least the temperature was nice. It really was an unseasonably warm fall. I tried to find ways to block the wind and had to totally give up any hopes of using my light, but that is okay. I can rock natural light, too. LOL
Their oldest daughter has grown up so much since I last saw her! She’s in fifth grade now, but boy she seems older.
The younger sister is the same age as my daughter, and I think they would get along great! No lack of personality here!
When I had the younger one climb up here, I went to help her, but she insisted on doing it herself. Little did I know that she does competitive rock climbing! And thanks to them, we’ve gone to check out the amazing Vertical Endeavors (highly recommend it).
I always make it a goal to get some great sibling pictures because I know that as a parent, I really want to see my kids happy together.
That fence was not nearly as sturdy as it looks. LOL The older sister definitely needed dad there to make her feel like she wasn’t going to fall or break through the fence.
This spot was one of my favorites this fall because of the beautiful tree in the background. It was also fun for families to climb up and hang about 6 feet off the ground. It was so windy at this point that I could not get the youngest’s hair to stay out of her face. Thankfully, I have some bobby pins in my camera bag, so we put a small braid in the front and pinned it back. Always be prepared!
Are you ready for me to post something besides fall sessions? Well… I still have more! LOL But I may post the Santa pictures soon, so stay tuned!
