I had the pleasure of photographing this 2017 Neuqua Valley High School senior recently.  She is a drama girl, so she was a natural in front of the camera.  Since she came to the studio to have her makeup professionally done by one of my makeup artists, I decided to do some studio pictures at first to give her something different and with some dramatic lighting.  It’s nice to be able to provide classic images like this with studio lighting as well as something outside.  Who is to say what will stand the test of time in terms of style?

 

Then we went on our way to our location shoot along with an outfit change.  We had gorgeous weather.  This fall has really been mild, and I am so thankful!  I love her big smile.

 

Getting her to climb up here took a little finagling, but I’m glad we did it.  Her plaid was perfect for this stable.

 

Then it was around the front to where there was some beautiful fall colors on top of this ledge.  I think I love her smile here even better!

 

Then it was time for another outfit change.  This time we went out to the beautiful fields.  In truth, bees were everywhere.  When I say everywhere, I mean it.  I struggled to find a small spot that was safe enough to enter.  I told her it would be worth the effort to get some golden images.  Was I right?

 

This senior had seriously gorgeous hazel eyes.  I had to be careful not to make her too sexy here, but we all loved it, as I showed her and her mom this image as soon as I took it.
