Every maternity session is unique because I base the session on the woman and her personality and what she wants.  Some want sexy, some artistic, some sassy, some classic, some cute and fun.  Some in studio, some outside.  There is no formula for my maternity sessions, no schedule of specific poses.  I let my clients lead me with their style and what they want.  Maternity images are all about the woman.  Soon enough, it will all be about the baby, but for this moment in time, she is the center of the world, a magician creating and carrying life.  Beautiful and glowing, evolving into something beyond what she once was.  Pregnancy truly is a miracle.  That is why I love to create dramatic and artistic maternity pictures – ones that are breathtaking.

Some women do not feel beautiful during the end of their pregnancies, but I think they are.  This gorgeous momma is going to have her third child soon.  Can you believe it?  They are expecting a second son (which her current son was very excited to tell me because it means more on his team). LOL  I look forward to meeting him when he arrives!

I absolutely love this dress and belt.  Just beautiful.  I love the creaminess of the white dress against the white walls.

 

 

She brought this crown with her to the session.  We plan on using it during the newborn session, too, for her little prince.
