Please check each of the following contractual requirements.

1) An in-person ordering session will be scheduled for approximately one week after the session, where you will review the images and select which ones you wish to purchase.
2) Images will not be edited until purchased. Turnaround time is approximately three weeks.
3) You will maintain control of all minor children to keep them safe and from being a distraction to other families in the studio. You waive any and all claims and liability for Firefly Nights Photography.

Model Release

We consent to allow Firefly Nights Photography to use images from our session to promote their business by displaying in their website, business pages, professional competition and physical prints. Names and other identifying information will never be used.
We do not want Firefly Nights Photography to use our images in any way.
