Beautiful Family | Chicago Children's Photographer
Beautiful family portraits. Something we all want, but it seems to be like the Fountain of Youth – something we’ve all heard of, something we want, but something we never actually get. At least that is my own, personal experience. I really need to hire a photographer to get a beautiful picture of my family some day. In the meantime, I work hard to give others those timeless pictures that can go big on their walls. Of course, it is easy to make beautiful pictures when you have such gorgeous subjects. This family was lovely, and the kids were great.
The family was natural, loving, and fun. Everything you need to get a good picture. I sort of got a kick out of them because when I would start getting them together, they just fell right into place, as if they were professional models. These guys knew how to position themselves. LOL
Again, I’ve been evolving my processing methods to provide fine art images in addition to the regular gallery. I, personally, love this image:
But it wasn’t all posing. These kids had a blast playing on the bridge.
Again, one of my favorites:
After taking pictures in the park, we pulled out my red couch for some more pictures. Everyone loved that. But here is a behind the scenes gross out story. So I’m taking a series of shots like the one below. I’m barefoot. Why? I have no idea, but I was. At one point, I backed up a bit and immediately heard, and what was worse – FELT – crunching beneath my feet. I jumped away and looked down… I didn’t really need to look. There was no mistaking that brittle crunching. But I looked anyway…into the skeletal corpse of a rabbit. EWWWWW!! Anyway, we still had fun.
In all, this was a beautiful family. Hopefully I was able to give them photographs to match.
