Fall Colors Mini Sessions (Part 1) | Naperville Family Photographer
Time to get my Fall Colors mini sessions up on the blog. Here are the first half of them. Every year, I do a one day mini session marathon day for families wanting gorgeous fall colors, but with no minimum order requirement and only 15 minutes of their time. It is a great way to dip your toe into working with me or when you are just wanting that one great family picture. This year, we had horrible fall colors if you remember. There were some pretty maple trees here and there, but maple trees aren’t found in parks or many locations besides personal landscaping. Then I stumbled across this private property. It was perfect, and I stopped and asked if I could have access to it. I was thrilled when he agreed. Not only was it perfect with all the beautiful colors, but it was private, so no one else to worry about being in the background or in the spot I wanted.
I photograph this family every single year since their oldest was a newborn. And now they are moving away. I was happy to send them away with such a great family picture, though so sad to lose them!
Besides families, I also make sure to get individuals of the children. She was certainly a cutie.
There was so much color here.
And we had families of all ages and configurations.
And there was certainly plenty of leaves to play around in.
Dogs are always welcome for my family mini sessions. Though this little guy was NOT a fan of me.
And people wear a variety of styles from casual to dressy. There is no wrong or right.
And I also brought out my beautiful chairs. This green one is my favorite against all that red.
This one really shows how gorgeous the setting was. And why not do one of just mom and dad while your there?
I love cuddly families, and I hadn’t seen this one since the youngest’s newborn session.
We really lucked out with beautiful temperature on this sunny day.
We announce these mini sessions every year on August 1, so keep an eye out on FaceBook or sign up for our newsletters to be first to sign up.
