Elmhurst Newborn Photographer
I had the pleasure of photographing this new family a few months ago with their precious baby girl. They needed an Elmhurst newborn photographer, but still came out to downtown Naperville for me. I do all newborns in studio. It is hard to get an actual home warm enough to keep babies nice and sleepy, but in a studio, it is smaller, and I have more control over light and temperature. We went a bit dramatic with the family pictures. You can go soft and dreamy (lighter colors), or darker. When people wear black, I tend to go dramatic with lighting. LOL
I love the intensity of momma’s eye contact with the camera here.
We made this sweet, little angel into, well… an angel. Ok, I’m not always clever. LOL BUt I do love how sweet she is here.
Since she was being so very good for me, she put her head just perfectly for our basket picture. That is one thing clients need to be prepared for when you are searching through inspirational pictures on Instagram or Pinterest, you shouldn’t expect to duplicate an image. Instead, just go for inspiration, as babies and lighting and whatnot will vary.
ok, I absolutely love this next image. I love the vintage rose newborn outfit against the brown. I even have this image on the metal sign outside of the studio because I love it so much.
Lastly we wanted to use my floral wreath in a new way – upright.
