Naperville Baby Photographer, Burr Ridge Baby Photographer

I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a million times – six month sessions are my very favorite.  Babies are all nice and rolly polly and smiley; they aren’t mobile, yet; and the sessions have to be fairly short because they don’t have too long of a window before they are getting hungry or tired. Short and sweet – much like this little guy.  He had the biggest blue eyes – much like his daddy’s.  Little Grayson was sweet and cuddly.  He was just starting to be able to sit unassisted, which is perfect timing.

It was before Christmas when we had our session, so we got a couple Christmas-themed pictures while he was here to celebrate his first Christmas.

Then we did some baby pictures on the bed.  I love having naked babies on the bed to show their fat rolls.  🙂  His parents also wanted to include his blanket in the pictures, as well as his favorite stuffed lion.  Don’t you just want to eat him up??

I always love it when babies play with their toes.

Then we got him dressed up and looking more like a toddler.  Just love his smiley face.

When he put on this bright blue sweatshirt, it really made the blue of his eyes pop.

Of course we had to do some family pictures while they were here.

Lastly, we got to use my new backdrop of a baby boy’s nursery.  I’ve been trying to get some more boyish backdrops and had been waiting to use this one. I totally love it – you would never know it is just a backdrop. Again, we added his blanket to tie it all together.
