Naperville Baby Photographer, Hinsdale Baby Photographer
I had another day in the studio recently. This time with a sweet, little five month old. She is a new client for me. She had the prettiest blue eyes and started off happy enough. Unfortunately, she got tired pretty quickly; and tired babies equal unhappy babies. We tried giving her a bottle, holding, everything, but she was rubbing her eyes and just not wanting to have her picture taken. I’m setting this up, you see. 😉
So let’s start at the beginning when she was quite content to hang out with mommy and daddy.
She loved to look right at me and give me her little grin.
She LOVED the background here and kept trying to turn around to see it. LOL I think she didn’t know what to do without being able to see the background anymore.
Then we put her on the bed, which is normally babies’ favorite spot. But she didn’t want to be there, so mom gave her one of her toys. That made life a little better.
Then at this point, the tears started. So I asked mom to try and just play with her. I love kissing baby feet!
After some time, we decided enough was enough. She was done. So they put her on my couch as they are getting her ready and gathering their stuff. Lo and behold, she is no longer crying, and seems content! I roll my light over and take some more.
We even got another smile!
Never give up, never surrender! LOL I know the parents were stressed that we weren’t getting anything good, but I knew we were doing just fine.
