Chicago Baby Photographer, Naperville Baby Photographer
I have had the pleasure of photographing this little sweet babe at her newborn, 6 months, and now her one year pictures. This time, instead of in studio, we opted for something outside. Well, on this day, it was HOT and HUMID. Yes, it was that bad to require caps. LOL We were all sweating, I even had to edit out sweat droplets on her little, tiny nose. It was fairly miserable out, which made our little darling wear out quickly, unfortunately. But we still got plenty of adorableness out of her.
She was feeling a bit shy at first, so I started us off with a family picture, so she could feel safe in her momma’s arms. She liked me better from a distance at this point, but she quickly warmed up.
But then it was okay for me to come close.
She had fun playing peek-a-boo with me, and I got some of her silly expressions (my favorite was when she would scrunch up her nose at me or give me to O mouth as we said oooooh).
Then it was time for some shade while I got our set up ready. She had a snack and felt much better after staying cooler. (I think we did, too).
I had used this box for hew newborn session, and we also used it for her six month and now her twelve month session. It is fun to see how much she has grown in comparison to it. But I really love adding the big globe balloon.
We tried to do a cake smash at the end, but it resulted in overtired and overheated tears. She wanted nothing to do with it, poor thing.
Firefly Nights Photography has been named Naperville’s Best Photographer. We hope you take a look at our work and give us a call to schedule your own family portraits.
