Naperville Newborn Photographer, Hinsdale newborn photographer

Two years ago, I got to meet their first newborn baby daughter, then watched her grow up, seeing her every few months.  In fact, I just saw her less than two months ago for her two year pictures.  But now, this great family welcomed the birth of their second daughter.  Two winter babes.  I wonder if she will end up looking like her gorgeous big sister.  Already, I see them sharing the same large eyes.  Will they be blue or brown, like mommy’s?

When I got to finally meet this little princess, she was two weeks old.  Unfortunately, she had an infection upon birth and had to stay in the NICU for a while.  But she was all clear by the time I met her.  She was also a little bit fussy for me on this day, not wanting to really settle.  And I know that was stressing out mommy, but I have the patience of …well… a baby photographer (LOL) and told little Rita that I was going to win in the battle of wills. 😉

Such a handsome family!  And as I was editing pictures with the big sister, it hit me – she reminds me of Meg Ryan back in the days of French Kiss. LOL  Anyone else sort of see it?

 

Big sister did amazingly well with holding still.  Being only 25 months, she truly was a great listener, and very proud of herself for holding her baby.

 

Then daddy took his big girl out for pancakes, leaving mommy and the newborn sister with me.
