We have entered officially into fall, which is by far my busiest season of the year. Why? Because it is so beautiful! There is still time to schedule your fall family or fall senior pictures! But you better hurry before the leaves change and drop. You know October is full of wind and rain and unpredictable weather.

But let’s turn back time to this senior session.

 

It was warmer weather, though we have been having a streak of perfect sunny days lately.

 

When I get a senior boy who wants a casual session, I have plenty of location options to make it comfortable. Let’s face it, 80% of my high school senior boys are doing senior pictures 100% for their mom. They begrudgingly agree, but aren’t looking forward to it like the girls. My goal is to make it as painless as possible and have them leave with a smile. So having this senior climb a tree was the perfect idea.

 

Senior sessions are a balancing act of giving a great experience to the senior while giving the parents the pictures they want to be looking at when their kid is away at college. So a good smiling closeup always is a necessity.

 

In the end, a senior session is a success if I gave them great pictures and the senior boy leaves saying, “that wasn’t so bad.” LOL Quite the glowing review from a senior boy!
