Senior Photography That Highlights Interests
One of my favorite parts of this session was incorporating his clarinet. Music has clearly been a huge part of his high school experience, so it felt important to include it in a meaningful way rather than as an afterthought. Being a band mom, myself, I am all in for my music kids! And there are two very different aspects to being a band kid – you have the formal concert band or orchestra – but then there is marching band, which is it’s own beast.
Showing both sides allows senior photography to tell a fuller story. These images document not just senior year, but the commitment and discipline it took to get here. Marching band deserves the same level of coolness factor as my athlete pictures, so I love being able to give something special to them.
