Naperville Family Photographer | Six and Sassy

I have photographed this family for three years now, and this little girl has never lacked in attitude.  Now at six years of age, she is all sass.  Boy, will she be fun to watch grow up when she’s a tween!  Being a Naperville family photographer is a definite joy to watch families age and enjoy themselves.  It is always a goal of mine to make families laugh and have fun during there sessions.  At six, this girl is older than her years, as she wanted to give me serious pouts every time the camera was on her. LOL

I had to use all of my bag of tricks to get her to smile normally.  But well worth the effort with this beautiful girl.

 

 

There was also no point in posing her, as she did what she wanted.  Fortunately, what she did ended up being cute – like this one.

 

Since she didn’t want to just look at the camera and smile, we had fun capturing her as she is.  I love this yellow couch against her purple dress.

I love this image of her laughing.  Sometimes, realistic, unplanned pictures are so intimate and touching.  I would have this up on my wall.

 

Remember when I said she wouldn’t do any posing? Well, that included coming to sit with her parents here.  But it totally cracked me up that she laid there in the background.

 

But just in case you thought we didn’t get any of her smiling directly at the camera, of course we did!
