Naperville Senior Photographer | Sun Kissed

Yes, I know. We are into the freezing weather of winter right now as I write this blog post, so how about I bring up a beautiful senior session done back when it was warm and sunny?  This sun kissed Neuqua Valley High School senior was up for a new location with me as we went in search of a waterfall.  It was a bit of a hike, but well worth it.  She had to endure being the center of attention from on lookers, but it was awesome and a place I would gladly go again for the right session.

It was a beautiful day – perfect for getting out feet wet in the cool water with the sun setting behind her.  Being in the heart of suburbia, it is hard to find beautiful locations, and while this in’t a big waterfall, I’ll take it!

 

On a separate day like a month later, we finished our senior session at another location.  She looked absolutely gorgeous, and I loved the dress with the stitching up the sides.

 

It was a bit breezy on this day, and at this moment, the wind tossed her hair just like a fan on a model shoot. LOL  Thanks, Mother Nature, for the assist!

 

I had to stick her in these yellow flowers at the very end.  I love how the light hit her hair like a halo.

 

Then we went back to the studio for some athlete pictures.  This senior is both a cheerleader and volleyball player.  I had fun creating this beach volleyball scene for her.

Senior pictures are a time to really capture the essence of the senior – their personalities, their style, their interests.  There is no “right” time to have them done.  People do them all year round.  I love working to create something totally unique for your senior.
