Downers Grove newborn photographer | Family of 5

I’m so happy when I get a client who loves family pictures.  And this is one of those clients.  I love seeing their little blondies every time, but this was an especially special time – the addition of a third daughter! So I got to be a Downers Grove newborn photographer on this day. Already, this new girl is standing out from her sisters with her dark hair, though who knows if that will last.  I can’t wait to see what she looks like the next time I see her.  While we did family and sibling pictures, I like to focus mainly on the new baby.  She was super sweet.  Since mom likes pictures, I asked if we could try something different.  Can I tell you how much I love navy with a newborn baby girl??  Seriously, it is gorgeous against a taupe background like this.  I love her leg dangling out of our makeshift swing.

 

Of course I had to get daddy holding his newest daughter.  I love the outfit she wore. This one was brought in by her mom.

 

Our little peanut was awake for some of the time, but she was more than happy to be cuddled by her momma.

 

She also got to wear one of my newer newborn outfits with this pretty gray number.  I loved created an all grey set for her.  I also love the various textures in here – smooth, fur, knit, wood.

 

Such a sweetie. I love seeing her little feet and bum in this pic.  And her sweet lips.  Newborns have so many sweet things to love!

 

We also got to use this new floral headband.  Her skin melted into this ivory blanket, so it was nice to give her a small pop of pastel color with it.  She looks like an angel.
