Naperville Photographer | Harry Potter Party

This was the second annual Party That Shall Not Be Named in downtown Naperville.  Streets are closed off and businesses all magically become part of Diagon Alley with our own little twists and treats in the Potter-themed world.  Last year, this occurred for a crazy amount of people due to the book release.  This year, it was simply a party for all Potter lovers.  Last year’s turnout was unexpected.  This year, it was even more so!  I didn’t think we would see as many people since there wasn’t a book launch, but boy was I wrong!  We saw over 50 families in less than four hours.  here are some of the highlights from the event.

We started the day with our oldest Harry Potter fan.  For her 80th birthday, she had a Potter party!  It was a great way to start the day!

 

And this boy rocked it!

 

This family wins for funniest one.  They wanted to be freaking out that the baby was a wizard.  These type of pictures are just plain old fun, so when people get in character, it’s awesome.

 

 

and this group was all cool, though they also did a hilarious take with the guy screaming in fear while all the girls fought something.  But I love their expressions here.

 

This girl also rocked the serious look.  I would give people the choice of a cool stance or action.
