Chicago Newborn Photographer | Newborn Twins
I love being a Naperville newborn photographer, but newborn sessions are long and wear me out. I’m getting old! LOL So when I get the chance to do a newborn twin session, I am both ecstatic and overwhelmed, because I know I’m going to need a nap afterwards. LOL These sisters were so sweet. They loved being snuggled up together. And as is the curse of newborn twins – they almost always had one asleep while the other was awake. I swear, this always happens! So getting these cuddly shots takes a lot of patience, but well worth the effort!
I hadn’t seen this family since their big sister was a newborn. Look how she’s grown! And she was possibly the best big sister ever and super sweet. She loved holding them and being a little helper to both her mommy and me.
When they turned into each other and breathed the same air, they would instantly relax. It’s amazing to witness. The rustic rose color went perfectly with the beige wood.
I think this is my favorite image. How sweet are they? So dreamy with the light grey.
I love the hands holding each other. And I also love newborn bellies after they’ve had their milk – little round bellies make me smile. It was fun coordinating their headbands together to go together but not exactly match.
I don’t use this lovely purple often enough. I love this blanket. I couldn’t get over how different the twins looked. Once darker skinned with dark hair, the other fair and lighter hair. It will be interesting to see what they look like next time!
