Naperville senior Photographer | Jazz Man
I am still so behind in my blogging! But I am excited to share some of this senior’s session. This Neuqua Valley High School senior came to me mostly because of his mom. That is the usual response when I talk with senior boys. Most are not super into having a senior photography session. Now, hopefully if they have done their homework, they’ve seen that I rock athlete pictures for Naperville senior photography sessions. Now, did you know that I also rock musicians? Well, I do…Not to toot my own horn. LOL Ok, that was punny of me, but I couldn’t help it. LOL
So when we had our consultation, I could tell he was super nice, but totally doing these for his mom. But I wanted to do something for at least a few pictures that he would really love. Turns out he is a trumpet player. I love photographing musicians, and when I talked about doing some dark and shadowy images, he was all for it. I LOVE these. Now this first image was actually just a lighting test to make sure everything was right, but I kept it because I loved it, and they ended up making it the cover of their album. You just don’t see straight profiles like this anymore. I may have to do more of them.
This was the image I was originally going for, which I also really love.
I got this black leather chair just for him. Though I’d been meaning to get one. 😉 I love the undone bowtie.
After our studio session, he got changed, and we went on location with his mom and sister. I made his sister be my lighting assistant. I loved his sweet smile.
When I took this one, I showed it to his sister. She said, “I feel uncomfortable. My brother looks hot!” LOL
While he looks great with his serious look, I love his big smile.
He is also a baseball pitcher, so we created an awesome baseball collage.
