Naperville Photographer, Hinsdale Photographer | All About Family

So I photograph a lot of families.  Like, a lot.  I see lots of different dynamics.  Some families are composed and serious, some make me laugh.  But I have never met a family like this one.  I’m not just saying this.  I literally told them during the session that they were like the Royal Tannenbaums.  You know when you watch a good sitcom or movie and the family is just super close and love each other and also really witty?  Like where the dialogue is almost too well written because no one is actually that perfectly “on” all the time like that?  Well, I guess I was wrong in thinking those people only existed in the movies! LOL  These guys have so much love exuding from them.  So much so that at the end when I was packing up my car, the brother had to drive back to college and was getting ready to head off in his own car from the others.   His sister came up and gave him this huge hug that lasted a good ten seconds before she said she loved him and goodbye.  Seriously?!  This stuff never happens in real life.  LOL  And everything I said was made into one liners or song quotes by the son.  This family is definitely one I will remember for a very long time.  Oh, and I almost forgot to mention their dog.  And like the rest of the family, he was awesome, too.  They would have him off leash and he listened perfectly…until I would get down and crouch, and then he would run to me.

 

And while these two were super sweet and smiley, they also loved falling into character.  I personally love this one of them together.  I would also like to comment on her stockings – seriously the best things ever.  I wish more clients would get stuff like that!

 

These two still act like newlyweds.

 

I think both of the kids look like they should be in some TV show or something.

 

I could have photographed this freckled beauty all day long.
