Naperville Senior photographer, Hinsdale senior photographer
This 2017 senior is actually the third senior I have photographed from Kansas! As in, goes to school in Kansas. How crazy is that? LOL I photographed her sister last year for her senior pictures, and now it is her turn. We didn’t have a lot of time, and it was mid day on a very bright, sunny day. With such fair skin and hair, it was hard to keep her from getting overexposed, but we managed some beautiful pictures by literally walking around a pond.
The underside of a bridge had this great little strip of concrete and ducks. The birds weren’t overly bothered with us invading their space, thankfully.
This is my favorite image. I love the warm, autumn color tones, the golden hue of her hair and skin. Just love it. And yes, she is this fair. This will definitely be going into my Gallery.
Along our walk, there was this little bench beneath the tree. I liked how she was peeking through the leaves.
A rare thing for me – shooting in wide open sunshine. Thankfully, no one was around as I yelled for her to scoot this way, bend her knee, etc from so far away.
While I tend to love black & whites of other photographers, I definitely prefer color on my own…usually. But with this one, she popped out when I converted it.
What’s this? a real smile? Why, yes….yes, it is! She definitely preferred to smiled with her lips closed, it was good to get a real one from her.
If you have a 2017 high school senior and still need to get their senior pictures done, we hope you consider Firefly Nights Photography. Autumn is not the only season to do pictures in Chicagoland, you know. I absolutely LOVE doing senior sessions out in the snow during winter. If you want something different and dramatic, then keep that in mind.
