Naperville Photographer, Chicago Baby Photographer | 6 Months

I had the pleasure of seeing this little man again recently for his six month session.  After doing his newborn pictures, it was great to see this big, smiley dude come into the studio. He came along with mommy and daddy, as well as his aunt and uncle with a very special prop.  But first, we went through a bunch of outfits.  Mom laughed about bringing so much, but I never mind having options to go through.  That lets me create something even better.  The first outfit I chose, I absolutely LOVE.  It’s still soft and babyish, but I love the neutral greys to go along with the setting.  This sweet guy loved to stick out his tongue like this.  Cracked me up!

 

 

Then it was into this awesome outfit with suspenders and a fun boyish, vintage setup.

 

Then it was time for some naked pictures on the bed!  He had a blast playing around on the bed and making silly, scrunchy faces at me.  It is always a fear that babies will pee on the bed (or worse) when we take off the diaper.  Thankfully, all was dry this day!

 

And then it was time for the big guns to come out.  It may be all about the Cubbies right now in Chicago, but this family is all about hockey!  This baby’s aunt used to work for the Chicago Blackhawks, and worked for them during one of their championships.  Apparently, everyone received a championship ring.  So the parents put him in his Blackhawk’s jersey, and aunty got out this huge ring.  All the adults were very quick to keep the baby from putting his mouth on the ring…which looked all shiny and tempting, and apparently yummy. LOL

 

Then it was time for another adorable outfit change.  And we paired it with my baby boy nursery.  Could he be any cuter?

 

Lastly, they wanted some Christmas pictures for holiday cards.
