Time for a fun one year session.  I’ve had the pleasure of photographing this family for years now and have watched their family grow.  Their youngest just turned one, celebrating the end of our Baby’s First Year plan.  He looks so different from his older brother and sister with his blue eyes.  Little William is also a tank while his older siblings are tiny things.  I bet he is bigger than them by the time he is four. Now, in the past couple of sessions, the middle brother has not wanted his picture taken, clinging to dad and being upset.  Well, this time, he turned a corner with me.  Of course, it may have been the reverse psychology I used telling him he “better not say cheese” (I seriously don’t let people say that), but then he would scream it, and I would get a mad look on my face, point my finger at him and say, “You horrible child! Don’t you dare say that!”  To which he laughed and did it again and again.  Whatever it takes, right?

 

 

Love those blue eyes, especially since his siblings both have blue.  But big sister’s didn’t change until after one, so who knows.

 

We also did some quick individuals of the older siblings, as well.

I love the coloring here.  Too bad he was about done with the whole thing by this point.

 

Little William was getting tired and grumpy at this point, so we pulled out the smash cake, which instantly turned him happy.  He was delighted to sit there and eat.  At the end, he was squealing in glee.  It was fun, though big sister was impatient for him to finish, so she could get her some, too. 😉
