Hinsdale Photographer, Naperville Photographer
I have been photographing these twins several times a year since they were born. It is hard to believe that they will be two come spring! Mom and dad wanted to do some holiday pictures and even brought along a ton of props. When they arrived, the twins were happy, but once we set up this adorable sled and reindeer scene, the boy was no longer happy – as he hated his Santa costume and utterly refused to wear the hat. So we ditched the hat and jacket and let him just have the Santa pats and a black shirt. This was much better. Getting these two to sit still was another chore. But they sure did love these reindeer – excuse me, I mean reindeer puppies. If you called them reindeer, the boy was frightened of them, but if we referred to them as puppies, then he liked them. LOL The sleigh and reindeer belong to the family – too bad, huh?
Then we had to get mom and dad in on a picture or two.
After that, we let the kids change clothes into some Christmas pajamas, which were much more comfortable. We also then decorated the set with a ton of presents that mom had wrapped the night before. Talk about a trooper! So the kids had been distracted by mom and dad’s phones, but then we couldn’t take them away without them melting down, so we hid the phones in the box over and over, so they could open it and get them back out. They loved it.
And of course we had to have some playtime on the bed.
