I really and truly enjoy doing senior sessions.  I usually get to tell myself it wasn’t that long ago I was in their shoes (let me pretend, okay??).  And I know I always get some laughs with them.  But this one had me literally squealing.  Let me set the stage.  She’s in studio with her mom getting her makeup done by one of my makeup artists (she opted for a very natural look – which was awesome), and we’re just chatting.  We start talking about music, and country come up in the discussion, to which I said that I had enough country during my college years because I went to Oklahoma State.  The mom sits up straight, “Wait, you went to OSU?  She just picked OSU!”  Turns out both of her parents also went there (as did mine).  What a small world!  Seriously, the three of us were truly squealing and laughing.  I so miss it there.  I hope this girl has as much fun there as I did and loves it just as much.  Now, this 2016 Nequa Valley High School senior is going to OSU for Fashion Apparel.  Who knew OSU was top 10 in the country for it??  I certainly didn’t!

Ok, let’s get on with the show.  We had a great time during her session.  I pulled out my new peacock love seat, knowing it would look great with her black tulle skirt.  What I didn’t know, was that she would be so amazingly photogenic!  Seriously, she looked absolutely gorgeous!

 

 

Then it was time for an outfit change and location change to some cool barns.  We went from dressy to casual.  And really, could she be any prettier??

 

 

Then last outfit and setting change.  We did this cool brick spot before going back to the field.
