Why do people hire Firefly Nights Photography?  Well, we do maternity, newborn, children, high school seniors, families, and commercial work, as well as professional headshots.  But you don’t have to have a specific reason to have a portrait session.  For this next session, this lovely lady needed a professional headshot for work, but she also wanted to get some good pictures of herself. She is starting to date again and needed good images for dating websites.  She used the services of my professional makeup artist, and then we got to work.  It was easy since she was such a pretty lady.  It was also a nice change of pace to have a full session with an adult. 😉

I loved her top here, and it looked great in this setup – classic sophisticated.

 

When she really smiled, her nose would crinkle.  I love it!  She just looks like fun.

 

Though I may love this one best.

 

Then it was time for a different look.  I like the light, natural lighting in these.

 

 

There’s that real smile again.

 

Then we went outside for a few more for a natural setting, giving her the laid back outdoorsy girl look.
