Chicago Newborn Photographer, Naperville Newborn Photographer

I’ve been swamped with other kinds of sessions lately, so it was wonderful to get another newborn in the studio recently.  It was only 17 months ago that I photographed their first son as a newborn, and now they’ve added to their family with another son.  At 17 months, who knew how he was going to be, but he was all smiles.  And I can’t get over the awesomeness that is his hair.  He loved my raccoon in a garbage can puppet that I have in the studio.  So not only was big brother great for me, but his newborn baby brother was also a dream.  They are such a gorgeous family.

 

This next image is going to be one of my very favorite family pictures ever!  I couldn’t love it more.  I always love skin on skin in pictures.

 

After we were done with family pictures, dad took the big guy out on an outing in downtown Naperville. I think they hit the bookstore and some other places.  It is so convenient to have so many stores within walking distance.  I always love this heart set.

 

I love the color of this blue blanket.  And his cheeks!

I was also thrilled to get to use a new prop – this white circle.  I love monochromatic images.

 

And then for some bright color with a purple blanket and this colorful tie.

 

We finished up with a couple more prop set ups.  The bird’s nest is always one of my favorites, and who can resist the Goodnight, Moon set up?
