Naperville Photographer, Elmhurst Photographer | First Communion

I photographed these twins a year or two ago with their big sister.  I totally remember them, and they remembered me once they saw my bed (because they had jumped on it last time).  But this time they were in studio for their First Communion pictures.  Being boy/girl twins, I had one loving to be photographed and the other just wanting to be done.  Can you guess which was which? LOL  I always love seeing girls in their Communion dresses and boys looking dapper in their suits.

When they first arrived and we got set up, I did a light check.  I always do one just to make sure everything is the way I want, and I usually tell people, “This doesn’t count.  You can do whatever you want.”  Well, this is what these kids did. I never include these pictures in the gallery, but I had to keep this one because it cracked me up, and it was totally unplanned and unposed.

 

But after the silliness, I got some beautiful pictures of these two in their First Communion outfits.

 

Her hair is so beautiful!  You can tell she wasn’t used to wearing dresses like this because she kept complaining that it was hard to breathe (because she wasn’t used to a tight fitting dress that isn’t stretchy)

 

 

I’m loving the all white set up.  I need to do it more often.

 

 

But she also really wanted a picture with this backdrop, which she thought was so pretty.
