Mother's Day Mini-Sessions | Naperville Photographer

Mothers are the first sounds a baby hears – her heart beating, her laughter.  Her arms are the first to hold.  Her shoulders the ones to place crying eyes.  Her hugs soothe.  And with all of that, our children will never truly understand the depth of their Mother’s love….not until they have children of their own.  On this day, we celebrated mothers with our annual Mother’s Day mini-sessions.  We lucked out with absolutely gorgeous weather!  Thank goodness, because it was rainy all that week and we were going back and forth with moving it inside or not and were able to make the call the night before and luck out with a sunny day.  I really wanted it outside since I had created this white ladder and spring flower set up which is obviously much better to be outside.  The down side was I scheduled these at one of my favorite fields, and they have ruined my location by turning it into a frisbee golf course.  Boo!!  It is hard to find natural grass fields around, and this was always a prime location.  But no more.  At least we snuck these in while staying out of the way of the players.  🙂

I’m loving the look of our ladder and flower set up.  And so glad all the kids were happy for me.
