While most seniors want their senior pictures taken outside, studio pictures don’t have to be boring.  This Downers Grove South High School senior would also have preferred outdoor pictures, but we were crunched for time and couldn’t reschedule, so we did a studio session.  They needed a couple of pictures for her graduation announcements which is coming up in just a month!  And after graduation, she’ll be going on to Illinois State University in the fall.  She was such a smiley, fun girl.  A total pleasure to photograph.

And I was happy she let me try out my new Americana grunge backdrop.  I’m loving it, personally.  And coincidentally, she says Independence Day is her favorite holiday.  I foresee using it a lot for seniors and babies alike.
