It was a hot, humid, and muggy day for this family session, but they were great troopers.  With gnats floating around everywhere, and sweat rolling down brows, we still managed to have a good time with this family and their 21 month old little guy.  He was very interested in the ducks and water, of course, but thankfully, he was also interested in bugs, so if we told him there was a bug where we wanted him, he would at least spend a few seconds looking before running off.  LOL

Even though their son will be two years old in the fall, they had never gotten around to getting family pictures.  So glad they decided to do it because they are such a handsome family.

 

 

 

I love the glowy lighting here – just magical.

 

 

And what kid doesn’t like a good game of peek-a-boo to get a smile?

 

And I love being able to capture real family interactions, especially families playing together like this.

 

 

 

And it is always good to get a picture of just mom and dad during family sessions.  Can you believe she told me she hates pictures of herself because she isn’t photogenic??  Hard to believe here, huh?  🙂
