This lovely lady is  current senior at Benet Academy and is about to graduate.  She will head off to college in the fall to pursue a degree in psychology.  I am so glad she waited to get her hair cut until after our pictures.  She has a bohemian style to her, and the long locks definitely go with it.  But the day after our session, she was going to go donate to Locks of Love.  I wonder what she looks like?!  After having her makeup done by my awesome makeup artist, we headed out for our session.  Kiana tends to be more serious, and I really loved her looks.  I especially loved her profile, though she couldn’t understand why, since she is not such a big fan of her nose, but I love it!  She was a great sport on our adventure, because I definitely asked her to do things I don’t normally have clients do.

The sun was so striking on her long blonde hair.

 

This next spot I spied as we were walking by.  I loved it, but to get there, she had to walk through a bunch of undergrowth. You know it is an adventurous session when I have to pause and ask Siri, “What does poison ivy look like?”  LOL

 

And then we went tromping into the woods.

 

This fallen log was actually bridging over a ravine that was about 5 feet deep.  But she willingly crawled out on this to get the shot. What a trooper!

 

From dark and bold to light and airy. She takes my breath away!

 

 

 

 

Remember that log she was laying on previously, well, on our way out, I asked her to climb down into the shallow creek.
