This little guy was born a few weeks early at maybe 5lbs.  A couple weeks later, he was still so little, but long in the body.  Both his parents are tall people, so I’m sure he will be, too.  I can’t wait to see him fill out and grow and watch how he changes.  He was perfect for me without peeing or pooping on anything – yay! – and he was sleepy, almost slept the entire time once we got him out.  Having my studio set to 80 degrees and even putting a space heater on for white noise helps make these newborn babies calm and sleepy and reminiscent of being in the womb.

Welcome to the world, little man!

I always love neutral colors that let the eye focus on the subject.  These particular tones are my favorite and timeless.

 

Of course, color is always fun and lively!

 

And we got to try out a couple of my new newborn outfits.  I’m loving the little hats and pants, and of course, I love the creaminess.
