This family recently moved to the area from the east coast and had set up their newborn session with me months in advance because they worried this little one would arrive early like her big sister.  She ended up being full term, but still less than 6 lbs.  She was a tiny little thing who just didn’t want to settle very deeply. She’s a light sleeper.  Her big sister, at 2 1/2, was cute as could be, though had no interest in actually touching her baby sister. LOL  Family dynamics of siblings are so varied and amusing.

So I always warn parents that their baby very well may pee and/or poop on my blankets during the session.  It’s fairly routine.  That’s why I have so many.  And every single newborn session, I always think, “I need to have a spare outfit here” in case I get peed/pooped on. I always forget once I’m home, though.  Well, little Hannah decided to start the session by pooping all over her daddy – specifically in the second shot below!  All over poor dad.  LOL  I laughed, but I got pay back later as she pooped all over me, too.  Alls fair…etc.  LOL
