Before We Say Goodbye | Naperville Photographer, Wheaton Photographer

This was a very special session.  When I was contacted to take some family pictures that included a golden retriever, I was all for it.  Then I was told the purpose of the session – a last picture.  You see, Abby the golden retriever, has kidney failure.  She is dying.  For those who have had pets, you know what a horrible thing it is to lose a family pet, and this is no exception.  Abby is very much loved, as you can see below.  I am so honored that I was able to get these pictures for them to be able to always remember her.

I went to their home in order to help Abby stay comfortable, though on this day, she was very happy and still energetic.  My heart goes out to this family.
