Dr. Tom Smith, an orthopaedic surgeon, wanted to update his online profile picture to be more welcoming and youthful.  He was a crack up.  We decided on the brick wall, and as people passed by, he would chat everyone up, making comments that this was for his new album cover, etc.  Definitely no lack of personality in this doctor!
