Little Miss J here has changed SO MUCH since I took her newborn pictures.  You never know what a baby or child will look like from newborn pictures, so I was delighted to see what a pretty baby she is right now.  I also snuck in some modeling pictures with a rattle for the commercial work while we were at it.

Six month portraits are always a bit crazy because you can’t predict how the baby will react, if they will be in a good mood, or up for all the chaos.  On this day, it was dark, muggy, and just not a pleasant day.  Then add that little J wasn’t in a super smiley mood – more interested in the surroundings – I left saying that we may have to do a reshoot.  In my memory of the session, it was not a great session.  I didn’t think she was very happy.  I guess I don’t know anything because when I edited the session – it was a great one!  And look at all her smiles!

And she was totally a daddy’s girl on this day, as she just lit up every time he held her face to face.
