Well, my own little girl turned three last month. I always do both a studio and outdoor session for my kids and wanted to try out the new backdrop with her. I haven’t been able to do the outdoor session with her, yet, but these are very typical of my girl. She is a crazy child and quite the little actress. I had picked out this dress especially for her pictures. I love very simple clothing that is timeless and knew the white would look great with this light backdrop. The hat she had received as a party favor for a tea party birthday party and was enjoying pretending to be a “little lady”. It is very funny to me since she is very much NOT the little lady.
At least her three year pictures went much better than her two year ones, though it is always hard to get good expressions out of my own children. Welcome to the many faces of my Brodie.
Then the actress emerged with “silly” and “sweet”. LOL
Then, what’s this? A REAL smile from her! Not fake.
And last, an expression I see from her all the time. It is wonderful to capture these funny expressions, just as important as smiles, because these are what we see all the time. These are the “real” memories.
