This gorgeous family could be models, but they’re not. Just a real family with great smiles…and no family pictures in way too long! I actually met their youngest son while taking pictures for Suburban Pediatric Therapies. He was in physical therapy, working on walking. At 20 months, he could take only a couple steps, but just a few weeks later, and at this session he was fully walking. Such a great accomplishment for this little guy who has Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy, which means the CP only affects his legs. He is obviously doing great!
I couldn’t get over how much the brothers looked alike. The older brother was having a particularly good day because he was going to be celebrating his 4th birthday that afternoon. I’m so happy to have met the whole family and be able to give them some much needed family pictures. Of course, it wasn’t hard to get good ones with smiles like these. Unfortunately, the little guy wasn’t in the best of moods, but he was still a sweetie.
And then they told me that they really had no pictures of just the husband and wife. I love taking couple pictures of parents. Parents usually don’t know how to pose in a picture of just them, so I usually say, “now pretend that you still love each other”, and that always gets them to chuckle or laugh and relax. I love this one.
