This little bit of sweetness came into the world recently.  She created a big brother in her wake and grew her family from three to four.    She was super sweet.  And this was officially the shortest newborn session I’ve ever had!  I think it was mostly because mom was super exhausted.  You know what makes life so much easier for us newborn photographers (and for you new parents)?  Pacifiers!!  Seriously, if your baby will take a pacifier, it makes things so much easier, as they stay calmer as I change their positions.

Could she be any sweeter here?  I love the soft tones of this heathery purple.

 

 

Did you know grey is my very favorite color with newborn baby girls?  I find it so clean, pure, and soft.

 

Isn’t she a pretty little thing?  I can’t wait to see what she looks like as she gets older.  Will she have her big brother’s gorgeous big blue eyes?

 

She sat so perfectly in the basket for me.  Look at those cheeks.  Don’t you just want to kiss them?

 

I have this flower wreath.  I love the deep colors and think she looks like a piece of art here in the midst of them.

The thing I love best about newborn pictures is that, to me, newborn photos are timeless.  They are pieces of art that can stay on your walls forever.  It doesn’t matter that this baby will grow up.  As a parent, we will always want to remember this time, to remember this little bean of perfection, where it all started.  Where love began.
